Cham Refugees Community first opened its doors to serve the ethnic Cham population from Vietnam and Cambodia more than 30 years ago. Today, it is a non-profit agency serving the local Muslim refugee and immigrant communities in Seattle and the surrounding areas by providing family and community-focused services. Annually, the organization sees more than 1600 individuals and families in Seattle and South King County, who utilizes our facility and services.

ANNOUNCEMENT & UPDATES
Cham Refugees Community and Abubakr Academy are excited to offer a fun and challenging soccer training program for players **ages 8–14** focused on building confidence, improving technique, and developing a love for the game.
Each session will cover:
• Ball mastery
• Dribbling & 1v1 moves
• Passing & receiving
• Shooting & finishing
• Small-sided games
- July 17th, July 24th, July 31st, August 7th, August 14th
- 6:30pm-8pm on the first day and then 7pm-8:30pm for the rest of the days
- Brighton Playfield
- $10 per session or **$35 when you register for all 5 sessions**

From the miraculous birth of Prophet Eesa alayhis salam to the unwavering faith of his mother, Maryam ‘alayhas salam, join us as we explore one of the most remarkable stories in the Quran with Imam Sophiyan Sen on Saturday, June 13th at 8pm.
This Friday, 6/5, there will be a wall concrete pouring. Please do not park in areas marked with cones and “No Parking” signs so that the concrete trucks have clear access. Thank you for your cooperation.
This Saturday, June 6th, at 8 pm, Imam Sophiyan shares the lessons of patience, sincere dua, and unwavering trust in Allah through the life of Prophet Zakariyyah ‘alayhis salam.
As we prepare for Eid prayer tomorrow, we remind everyone, if attending, please come early, park appropriately (don’t block driveways, entrances, etc), be prepared to park and walk far, and bring a prayer mat. Carpool if possible.
If you pray in the first group, please leave after the khutbah to make space for others who plan to pray the second prayer.
Due to limited space, we encourage praying at a masjid near your home and joining us after the last Eid Prayer for food and giveaways.
Also, please do not park in front of the masjid and new CCC construction site. This area will be used for overflow of people and will be spots for Eid Imams, Eid Supplies and Food. Along with not blocking neighbors’ and church’s driveways, do not also park along the basketball court fence and anywhere in Aki Kurose Middle School.

The Arafah talk begins at 8:20 PM inshaAllah as we reflect on this blessed day, followed by iftar together. May Allah accept our fasting, duas, and good deeds. We look forward to seeing you all there.

Today marks the beginning of the blessed ten days of Dhul Hijjah; therefore, Eid Al Adha, will be on Wednesday, May 27th, with prayers at Masjid Jamiul Muslimeen. Don’t let these days past without increasing our prayers, fasting, charity, and remembrance of Allah.
